We purchased the Mitsubishi mini-ductless system for our newly constructed four season room. I am very pleased with the how professional and courteous Suretemp was during the entire purchase and Installation process. Their price was competitive and lowest as I received other bids from local heating companies for the same Mitsubishi unit. The salesman (Ed Miller Jr.) was very informative and patient as it was a 9 month cycle from the time I first contacted suretemp and I committed to the installation. Tom explained my options very clearly and got a quote out to me right away which included 3 optional units. John and Scott were a pleasure to work with and were very contiencious throughout the project. First thing said from the installation crew , after introductions, "Should I take my shoes off?" That never happens. The crew seemed as excited about the unit as I was and kept pointing out features and power ratings as they opened and inspected the packages. It was a long day but worth it!

We had had AC trouble over the July 4 weekend and called at 8 AM to request a repair person first thing on the Tuesday after (July 5). Ben and a new employee came, found a faulty valve, re-gassed the unit, and thought it was fixed. It was, for a day. When we called first thing on Thursday morning, we couldn't get a repairperson until mid-afternoon, and by the time they figured out what was wrong, it was 4 PM and too late to get a new unit on Friday. So we had to wait another weekend to get the work completed on the following Monday (July 11). That's a lot of waiting when we are good, repeat customers,when it wasn't our fault that the problem wasn't fully diagnosed the first time the repairmen came out--and when we are allergy-sufferers! We were distressed. We should be charged for the two service calls.
