We have 2 previously installed split systems (not by SureTemp) and consider them a great product. Sure Temp gave us a timely response and a fair price. Skilled workmen, neat, courteous. Would recommend Sure Temp.

HVAC technician/installer Joe from Sure Temp was excellent! Joe walked me through the procedures of the installation of our Mitsubishi heat pump unit. Joe went above the call of duty and we are pleased with the end result which was exactly as promised. Our historic home’s attic is now the most comfortable floor in the house. Thank you Sure Temp, I am already letting others know about our stellar experience.

We have had you check our old furnace every other year for about 15 years. It was always left In great working order regardless of its age. At the last few visits an upgrade was recommended by the technician.

I had a positive experience with Sure-Temp. The salesman and the technicians were all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I was out of town for the installation and was not able to get any instructions for how to maintain boiler if necessary. For example, does the water automatically fill itself with water as needed.

The installers did a great job! Tom Miller was a valued resource throughout the project.

I recommend the use of “booties” on the service techs feet. It would make the job neater and save on our floors.
