I was pleased with the unit I purchased and the quality work done during the installation. Both Carl and Scott were willing to answer any questions I had and to do whatever I asked – a job well-done.

Overall the experience was good. I felt that the progression of the work being done went slowly. I conveyed this to Ed Miller Jr. I also had Paul Alteri from Finger lakes Construction call Ed as well about this issue as I had a deadline.

First thing said from the installation crew , after introductions, “Should I take my shoes off?” That never happens. The crew seemed as excited about the unit as I was and kept pointing out features and power ratings as they opened and inspected the packages. It was a long day but worth it!

Tom explained my options very clearly and got a quote out to me right away which included 3 optional units.
John and Scott were a pleasure to work with and were very contiencious throughout the project. At the end, John reexamined the entire scope of the work they had done and made sure he was comfortable with the workmanship as well as the performance of the units and that I was 100% satisfied before the project was finalized.
