Everything, from the first time I phoned asking about air conditioning for my home, was done professionally and in a very respectful manner to me, and my two children – son in Buffalo, and daughter in Allentown, Pa, who were immediately kept informed of all options available to me, via e-mail (I am new to e mail) and we were able to make a decision immediately. Your service and everything else was EXCEPTIONAL – and with the past week of 90 plus temperature, I sure appreciated the 69 in the house (plus the cats). Why did I wait 42 years???
